For those aficionados of liverwurst pates, we offer the Kassler Liverwurst.  This coarse ground liverwurst is made with the freshest pork liver and always has a touch of onion mixed within.  Although Kassler liverwurst is coarse, it is always rich, creamy and smooth for spreading on crackers or on your favorite bread.
